- 01Your results should be ready within minutes depending on the size of the file you submitted. On average, a person search with 1,000 records will take a few seconds. A search with 20,000 records will take between 5 and 10 minutes. Larger searches may take longer, but we will always deliver your results in less than a day. Business/LLC searches take a bit longer because they are more complex. However, we will always send you an email when your results are ready, and you can access them at any time through the Results Library when you are logged in.

- 03We only charge you for the people or businesses we are able to obtain at least one phone number for. This is called a "hit", or a "phone hit". You will need to purchase "Skips" (which are like credit tokens you can save on your account!) prior to running your search, and once your search is complete we will remove the amount of Skips based on the number of hits we were able to provide. Your account will be charged 1 Skip (credit token) per hit.
- 04Skiptracing is the process of finding a person's contact information as well as other data. Locating individuals who move from their residences and change their phone numbers without providing any new contact information is a difficult, lengthy, and complicated process. Our Skip Tracing product automates the time-consuming and labor-intensive tasks of identifying the most current phone numbers and physical address for individuals who you want to reach or find. Companies choose us because they know that our data gives them the highest chance of actually getting in touch with the correct person.
